about.
have you ever had the desire to create and when your creation was complete you felt refreshed and renewed? i getthis feeling every single time i create one of my pieces. it rejuvenates my spirit. i create my pieces from recycled items which are found a bunch of different places, estate sales, flea markets, & craft stores. i place all of my pieces together by hand.
the environment is very important to me, so why wouldn't i want to re-use for my art? i create very funky one-of-a-kind pieces which are statements! i also create a wide range of materials although i try to keep the recurring element with the recycled items.
i use anything from, metals, filigree, fabric, swatches, string, leather, natural beads, key components, clock/watch parts, etc. check out some of my pieces while your here.
i can create custom pieces as well... just let me know what you want or need!
where did la te da adornments come from?
my business journey actually began while in college as a means to make a bit of extra money but once i completed college it became a relaxation for me. when my husband and i bought our home he decided to give me the third bedroom as my craft cave! so of course i started creating very rapidly for myself, family & friends. it quickly spirled out of control as i was producing constantly in order to re-gain my zen! so i quickly decided i needed to gain a web prescence and begin to sell items online and at local art shows... i have since done both and i'm loving it.
